January 25

4000 block Joyce Avenue

Police responded to a report of a male passed out. Police located the 21-year-old male who showed severe signs of intoxication. The male was arrested for being intoxicated in public, and lodged in cells until he could sober up. He was released the next morning without charges.

January 27

Butedale Avenue

Police approached a vehicle that had been parked in the middle of the road. After speaking to the 48-year-old male in the driving seat, it was determined the driver had consumed drugs and was impaired. The vehicle was towed and the driver was issued a 24-hour driving prohibition under the Motor Vehicle Act.

January 30

6100 block Lund Street

Police responded to a break and enter at a business. Sometime during the night, an unknown person forced open the door of the business and stole a safe from inside. This matter is currently under investigation.
