3300 block Padgett Road
Police and Fire Rescue responded to a report of a car fire. The car fire was quickly put out by Malaspina Volunteer Fire Department. The cause of the fire was determined to be a mechanical malfunction on the vehicle. No one was hurt during the incident.
2. February 11
4400 block Joyce Avenue
Police received a report of a disturbance at a business. A 23-year-old male was intoxicated and trying to start fights with other customers. The male was arrested and lodged in cells until he had sobered up.
