1. May 18 and 19

7000 block Glacier Street

A commercial van parked on the street was broken into. The vehicle was locked but entry was gained by smashing the front passenger side window. Numerous tools, valued up to $2,000 are missing including some drills used specifically by electricians.

2. May 20

Atrevida Road

Driver of a 1981 Honda motorcycle lost control and slid off the road. Both riders only sustained minor scratches and bruises even though the passenger was not wearing a helmet. The passenger was issued a violation ticket for riding a motorcycle without a helmet.

3. May 21

Savary Island

A family on Savary Island put three crab traps in the ocean hoping to catch some dinner but upon returning all three traps were missing.

4. May 22

Sutherland Avenue

A Chevrolet Avalanche reversed out of a residential driveway, failed to yield to oncoming traffic, and collided with a Chevrolet Cavalier. The driver of the Avalanche was issued a violation ticket for reversing when unsafe.
