1. October 7

12600 block Thunder Bay Road

Police responded to a report of a break and enter. This occurred between 8:30 am and 6 pm the previous day. An LG laptop computer, approximately $200 in cash, a ring, a necklace, a ladies’ watch, and a cordless drill were taken from the residence. The stolen items are valued at over $3,000. 2. October 8

Police responded to a report of a male using cocaine in his vehicle. Police attended and located the vehicle shortly after. The driver of the vehicle was detained, and the vehicle was searched. A quantity of cash and cocaine was located in the vehicle. The 50-year-old male driver is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.

3. October 10

Joyce Avenue near Field Street

Police responded to a complaint of an intoxicated male. He showed signs of intoxication, and was stumbling off the sidewalk into traffic. The male was arrested for being intoxicated in public and lodged in cells for his safety. He was released the next morning without charges.
