A warrant has been issued on Frank Leitner for assault, uttering threats and possession of a dangerous weapon. Leitner is five feet 11 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has blonde hair, hazel eyes and was born on July 31, 1959. 3600 block Joyce Avenue
Police responded to a report of a stolen bike. The bike was stolen some time between 7 pm on October 20 and 8:25 am on October 21. It is described as a burgundy Kuwahara Shasta valued at approximately $400. 4400 block Marine Avenue
Police responded to a mischief complaint at a business. A window had been broken. Upon arrival, police located a 65-year-old male. The male was arrested and is currently facing charges of mischief. He will appear in court in January.

Highway 101 near Sliammon Road
Police stopped a vehicle being driven north on the highway. After speaking to the driver it was determined that she had consumed alcohol. A breath sample was obtained which registered a “warn.” The driver was issued a three-day driving prohibition under the Motor Vehicle Act.
