DEBRIS FIELD: After 12 days of demolition work, all that remains of the former Inn at Westview building is a pile of debris strewn over the footprint of the one-time social centre of Powell River.
Work crews and machinery were still working away at the site on Saturday, December 22, despite windy and rainy conditions.
Once hazardous waste is contained and other debris is cleared and shipped away, the area will be covered with a compacted material.
