A 2001, white, two-door Pontiac Sunfire that was stolen from the driveway of a residence in the 4200 block of Joyce Avenue has been found, according to a Powell River RCMP report released on December 7.
Local RCMP observed that a vehicle matching the description of the stolen Sunfire was parked in a lot south of town. Police attended and located two suspects inside the vehicle.
The suspects were arrested for possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and released to appear in provincial court.
