At approximately 2:22 pm on April 4, Powell River RCMP received a mischief report at the Beach Gardens Resort and Marina in the 7000 block of Westminster Street.
Sometime during the previous night, someone ripped out all the flowers out of the flowerbeds and threw them around the lower parking lot.
