Sometime in the early hours of November 8, unknown suspect(s) lit the contents of a garbage bin on fire belonging to MCC Thrift Store in the 7000 block of Field Street.
This is the second occurrence in as many weeks as a similar incident occurred on October 27, according to a Powell River RCMP report. Neither fire damaged the building.
