TRAFFIC MISHAP: A city bus and truck collided at the intersection of Joyce Avenue and Barnet Street on Wednesday, February 3, when the 70-year-old driver of the truck failed to yield at a yellow light. Powell River RCMP issued the driver a ticket for "failed to stop for yellow light at intersection," a $167 fine. The bus was carrying only one passenger.
