Casey Aman scored the lone goal for Powell River Kings in a 5-1 BC Hockey League (BCHL) loss to Alberni Valley Bulldogs on Saturday, February 18.
After a scoreless opening 20 minutes at Alberni Valley Multiplex, the home team took a 2-1 lead in the second period following Aman's tying marker, then added a trio of goals in the final frame.
Attendance was 1,424. Bulldogs outshot the Kings 47-40.
Powell River faces Cowichan Valley in Duncan at 2 pm on Sunday, February 19.
