Powell River Kings have traded forward Ethan Riesterer to Surrey Eagles in exchange for future considerations.

Riesterer started with the Kings as an affiliate player, appearing in three games during the 2019/2020 BC Hockey League season. He joined the team full time the following year.

Riesterer played in 73 games for the Kings over three seasons, scoring 12 goals and adding 28 assists.

In a media release on September 16, the hockey club thanked Riesterer for his contributions and wished him the best with the Eagles.
