Ferry schedule BC Ferries’ sailings should be easy from Vancouver Island to Westview [“Ferries task force posts schedule,” February 19].

by Sheri Marino I am writing this viewpoint in regard to the state of our disabled in BC. Recently, a federal budget and provincial budget have been tabled and yet again there is no mention or help for our disabled.

What are your thoughts on this week's cartoon?

Out of 35 countries, Canada has the ninth highest rate of bullying among 13-year-olds. Almost half, 47 per cent, of all Canadian parents reported having a child who is suffering from bullying. Much of what goes on happens at school.

Sustainability is a word that should mean something to all people, but thus far has been saddled with political implication.

Ferry cuts need action There needs to be some very drastic action taken if we wish to fix the ferry system [“Province confirms cuts,” February 7].
