It is hard to believe I find myself writing about sewage treatment in Powell River yet again.

Draconian bylaws As a smoker, I was quite offended by your recent article about anti-smoking bylaws ["Smoking bylaw changes to come," December 13]. I find that our society is becoming increasingly draconian and oppressive toward smokers.
