An afternoon and evening of hockey action will keep the Zamboni busy at Hap Parker Arena on Saturday, February 22.

First up, Powell River Pee Wee Reps hosts Kerry Park in game one of the best-of-three Vancouver Island Amateur Hockey Association Tier 3 final. Game time is 1:30 pm.

Sandwiched between minor and senior hockey playoff games, Powell River Kings and Victoria Grizzlies round out the BC Hockey League regular season in a rematch of last night’s Kings' win. Puck drop is set for 5 pm. Kings will also announce and hand out their annual awards on the ice after the game.

To close out the evening, Powell River Regals face elimination against Kelowna Sparta in a best-of-three Coy Cup qualification series. Game time is scheduled for 8 pm. Sparta outscored the Regals 9-5 in game one on Friday, February 22.
