As the last part of the CheerFest weekend, the annual Santa Claus Parade took place on December 4.
Cold, crisp weather did not deter qathet region families and community members from lining Marine Avenue from the bottom of Duncan Street to Alberni Street to watch the parade, catch a glimpse of jolly old Saint Nick and enjoy the candy being handed out.
It was a great afternoon for a parade and a time to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
