Powell River RCMP received a report that a local man had been harassing a business owner by driving by and honking his horn excessively, and by driving erratically near his business. The driver was identified by the business owner, who was known to him. The driver was issued violation tickets for driving without due care and attention, failing to obey a stop sign and unnecessary noise contrary to the Motor Vehicle Act.
