At approximately 1:30 pm on March 7, Powell River RCMP responded to a report that bear spray had been discharged in a building in the 4900 block of Joyce Avenue following a dispute.
The 39-year-old female who discharged the bear spray was arrested for assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
She was released to appear in provincial court.
