Powell River Villa remains in eighth place in Vancouver Island Soccer League (VISL) Division 1 standings, despite suffering a 6-0 loss to the top team, Vic West, in Victoria on November 25.
Villa has two matches remaining before VISL's holiday break, both in Victoria, and will look to strengthen its position above the relegation zone versus ninth place Victoria Highlanders on December 2.
