If hypocrisy was a virtue, then City of Powell River council would be righteous beyond all telling.

I read that [marina moorage holders] would like free vehicle parking [“City reviews parking fees,” February 3]. The North Harbour was built by the city after passing referendum.

Should Powell River focus its efforts on improving ferries or building roads? That has been the burning question among residents for a while now. Actually, let’s be honest, at this point it might as well be referred to as “the eternal question.

With regard to the letter written by Rosemary Morgan [“By-election call premature,” February 3], we would like to state that we agree wholeheartedly with every word of her letter.
