Graham J. Lackey of Powell River has been sentenced in Powell River provincial court to jail and probation on two separate Criminal Code of Canada counts.
On July 28, Lackey was sentenced to 30 days in jail for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and was sentenced to one day in jail and probation for three years for failing to comply with a prohibition order.
