In a possible first-round playoff preview, Surrey outshot Powell River 34-24 and outscored the visitors 6-2.

Adam Mendelson and Ryder Ringor scored for the Kings, who trailed 2-1 after 20 minutes and 3-2 at the second intermission. A trio of third period goals by the Eagles put the game out of reach.
