Loris (Marco) Rubboli, May 2, 1957 - July 15, 2011 It is with profound sadness that the Rubboli family announce the sudden passing of Loris Rubboli. He was living in Edmonton at the time of his death, but was born and raised in Powell River.

Richard (Dick) James Horspool Richard (Dick) James Horspool passed away peacefully on July 12, 2011 at the age of 81. Dick was born at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver on August 28, 1929. He grew up in West Vancouver.

Lucia Fransisca Zach (née Holthuysen, Niewold), October 21, 1939 – July 9, 2011 After a long sickness and with her family by her side, our wife, mom, and Oma passed away peacefully in her home.

 Edna Elsa (Plantz) Gruber – January 14, 1914 - June 24, 2011 Edna Gruber passed away in Powell River, BC at the age of 97. Born in Rosthern, Saskatchewan, Edna moved to southern Ontario, where she married Gustav Gruber and raised two children.

Robert (Bob) Standal, June 25, 1937 - June 24, 2011 Bob died peacefully in Powell River General Hospital.

Pamela Dowding (Jaques), April 8, 1946 - June 18, 2011 Our beautiful Pamela passed away on June 18 after a courageous battle with multiple myeloma.
